Tomorrow is Halloween and these Halloween Brownies are the PERFECT treat to tie the whole holiday together. You can even chop up and sprinkle in some of your favorite Halloween candy in throughout the batter for some extra sweet goodness.

You can use your favorite boxed brownie mix for this recipe. I used Harris Teeter’s boxed brownie mix and they were so fudgey and delicious.

Halloween Brownies | The Squeaky Mixer

Always feel free to add your own twist to these creations. Whether you want to decorate them differently, use a different boxed mix, use frosting instead of icing, or use cookie cutters to cut custom brownie shapes – do what makes you happiest 🙂

Ingredients

  • 1 1 box brownie mix

  • 1/2 cup 1/2 white chocolate

  • candy eyes

Directions

  • Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F and line a 9″ x 9″ pan with parchment paper and lightly grease. Set aside. Allow the parchment paper to hang over the sides a bit for an easy release later on.
  • Cook the brownies according to the directions on the box. Allow the brownies to cool completely.
  • Remove the brownies from the pan and slice into even squares.
  • Melt the white chocolate in 30 second intervals mixing between each tine until it is fully melted
  • Pour the white chocolate into a piping bag then pipe spider webs and mummy’s on top of each brownie. Use the pictures above as a reference. Top the mummy brownies with candy eyes.
  • Enjoy!
