How To Make Copycat Little Debbie Christmas Tree Cosmic Brownies
Preheat and Prep: Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a 9″ x 13″ pan with parchment paper, leaving enough overhang to lift the brownies out later. Grease with nonstick spray and set aside.
Mix Wet Ingredients: In the bowl of a stand mixer fitted with the paddle attachment, or in a medium-sized mixing bowl, whisk together the melted butter and cocoa powder until smooth. Add in both sugars and continue to whisk until smooth. Mix in the vanilla and eggs, one at a time, whisking between each addition.
Combine Dry Ingredients: Sift in the flour, cornstarch, and salt. Use a silicone spatula to fold the dry ingredients into the wet mixture. The batter will be very thick.
Bake: Pour and spread the brownie batter evenly into the prepared pan. Bake for 15-20 minutes or until the center is set and the edges are firm.
Cool: Transfer the brownies to the fridge to chill and set completely.
Prepare Icing: While the brownies cool, whisk together the confectioner’s sugar, vanilla, and heavy cream (adding one tablespoon at a time). Once smooth, add green food dye. Place the icing in a piping bag.
Cut and Decorate: Once cooled, lift the brownies out of the pan using the parchment paper. Use a 4″- 5″ Christmas tree cutter to cut out as many trees as possible. Pipe green icing on each tree and top with rainbow chip sprinkles.

How to Store Copycat Little Debbie Christmas Tree Cosmic Brownies
To keep your brownies fresh and delicious, follow these storage tips:
Room Temperature: Store in an airtight container at room temperature for up to a week.
Refrigeration: If you prefer, you can refrigerate them in an airtight container for up to two weeks.
Freezing: For longer storage, freeze the brownies in a single layer on a baking sheet. Once frozen, transfer to an airtight container or freezer bag for up to three months. Thaw at room temperature before serving.

Decorating Tips
Piping Icing: When piping the green icing, start from the top of the tree and work your way down in a zigzag pattern to create the look of branches.
Avoid Overcrowding: Ensure the icing doesn’t overflow by keeping a small border around the edges.
Creative Sprinkles: Feel free to get creative with your sprinkles! Use festive shapes like stars, snowflakes, or tiny ornaments to give each tree a unique look.
