S’mores Skillet Cookie Ingredients

OF COURSE this recipe needs to include graham crackers, chocolate, and marshmallow. The graham crackers are broken up in pieces and evenly incorporated throughout the dough. Then the broken up chocoalte gets tossed in.

This quickly becomes us toasty and delicious cookie dough. The marshmallow fluff is spread throughout the layers in the skillet. This bakes so silky and smooth for a perfect end result. The ratio of S’mores ingredients is just perfect.

Ingredients

  • 6 Tbsp. 6 Unsalted butter, room temp

  • 1/2 cup 1/2 sugar

  • 1/3 cup 1/3 light brown sugar

  • 1 1 egg

  • 2 tsp. 2 vanilla

  • 1 cup 1 flour

  • 1/2 tsp. 1/2 baking soda

  • 1/4 tsp. 1/4 salt

  • 4 oz 4 semi-sweet chocolate, chopped

  • 1/2 cup 1/2 graham crackers, crushed

  • 1 cup 1 marshmallow fluff

  • 1/2 1/2 Hershey chocolate bar for topping, optional

Directions

  • Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F. and lightly grease a 10 inch skillet. Set aside.
  • In a large bowl, cream together the butter and sugars until smooth, light, and fluffy. About 2 minutes.
  • Add the egg and vanilla to the sugar mixture and continue to whisk until smooth.
  • Add the flour, baking soda, and salt to the mixture and mix just until a dough starts to form.
  • Crush the graham crackers into the cookie dough, it’s okay to leave some bugger pieces in there. Variety will add flavor and texture.
  • Add in the chopped chocolate. Fold in the graham crackers and chocolate evenly throughout the cookie dough.
  • Add about 3/4 of the dough into the prepared skillet. Use a silicone spatula to flatten the dough down into the skillet.
  • Scoop about 3/4 cups of fluff onto the cookie dough and spread evenly across the top. Add the remaining cookie dough.
  • Spread the cookie dough as evenly as possible on the fluff.
  • Add the remaining fluff on top of the cookie dough.
  • Bake for 25-30 minutes or until golden brown. Feel free to place the skillet on broil for the last minute to brown the marshmallow on top.
  • Top the warm skillet with Hershey chocolate rectangles (optional). Enjoy!
