How To Make Leprechaun Chow
This recipe is so much fun because it’s easy, no-bake, and perfect for having little helpers in the kitchen. Another great part about this recipe is that you can customize it to your liking and add in your favorite St. Patrick’s Day treats and candies.
To start this recipe we combine Chex Cereal and Lucky Charms. Once we have all of our cereal in a large bowl we add in some melted white chocolate and give everything a stir using a silicone spatula. It’s best to take your time and mix slowly so we don’t break the cereal into small pieces too much. Once the white chocolate is evenly distributed throughout the cereal mixture, we are going to transfer the cereal to a cookie sheet fit with parchment paper and spread it out evenly. Now is the fun part where we get to add all of the fun add-ins, toppings, sprinkles, marshmallows, etc. The last step is allowing the Chow to sit in the fridge before breaking them up into smaller pieces.
