- 3 cups all-purpose flour
- 2 tsp baking powder
- 1/4 tsp salt
- In a large bowl, cream together 1 cup unsalted butter and 1 cup sugar using an electric mixer for about 2 minutes until light and fluffy. Make sure you’re butter is softened to room temperature! :) This will help your cookie dough come together much easier.

- Gradually mix the dry ingredients into the wet ingredients until a soft, slightly sticky dough forms.

- Step 2: Shape and Bake the Cookies
- Scoop the dough into large 4 Tbsp-sized balls and place them 2 inches apart on your prepared cookie sheets.
- Use your palm to gently flatten each cookie slightly.
- Bake for about 12 minutes, or until the edges are lightly golden.
- Let cookies cool completely on a wire rack before frosting.
- Step 3: Make the Honey Buttercream
- In a bowl, cream 1/2 cup unsalted butter until smooth.
- Add:
- 3 1/2 cups confectioners’ sugar
- 2 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/4 tsp salt
- Gradually add 2–3 Tbsp heavy cream, one tablespoon at a time, mixing until the buttercream becomes fluffy and spreadable.
- Drizzle in 2 Tbsp honey and stir to combine. Feel free to add more honey if you want an extra kick of sweetness! :)
- Step 4: Assemble and Decorate
- Frost each cooled cookie with 3–4 Tbsp of honey buttercream using a spatula.
- Top with crushed honey graham crackers and extra honey drizzle.
- Repeat for all cookies and enjoy!

- For the best texture and most successful decorating results, allow cookies to cool fully before decorating.
- Use local or raw honey for the most authentic flavor!
