The Best Easter Desserts
Easter desserts have always had a special place in my heart. It’s that time of year when things are finally starting to warm up, and the pastel colors and festive candies can’t just put you in a good mood. I’ve compiled some of my favorite Easter Desserts to help you and your family celebrate. I’m sharing all the sweet treats! Everything from my Easy Homemade Marshmallow Peeps to my Carrot Cake Pancakes with Cream Cheese Swirl. I hope that you enjoy some of these recipes this Spring and have a very happy Easter.

Easy Homemade Marshmallow Peeps
We are starting off strong with these homemade marshmallow peeps! This is a classic childhood favorite. Is it really a childhood if you didn’t stick one of these in the microwave to see what would happen? Anyway! These Homemade Peeps are SO much easier to make than you might think, and the taste is SO much better!

Easy Homemade Marshmallow Easter Eggs
One of my all-time favorite Easter candies is the Russell Stover marshmallow eggs. This recipe is essentially a homemade version of those, but so much better…because let’s be real, homemade is always better.

Easter Chocolate Chip M&M Cookies
You can never go wrong with a classic chocolate chip cookie anytime of the year. What’s better than a chocolate chip cookie? A brown butter chocolate chip cookie. Brown butter just adds to the warmth and nuttiness of the cookie and makes every bite feel like a big ol’ hug. The addition of Easter pastel colored M&M’s to look like bunnies is just the adorable cherry on top of this recipe.

Easter Bunny Bum Cookies
Perhaps my most adorable creation yet!? The base of this cookie is an extremely soft and tender sugar cookie, decorated with buttercream and sprinkles, and of course, adorned with little marshmallow-decorated bunny paws. Absolutely adorable and totally irresistible.

Mini Easter Sugar Cookies
For this recipe, think of the classic, nostalgic circus animal cookies, but for Easter! Made with a simple, no-spread sugar cookie recipe, dipped in candy melts, and decorated with festive sprinkles, these cookies are everything you want in an Easter cookie recipe.

Easter Bunny Madeleines
These little Madeline cakes are perfect for Easter! I mean, just look at how adorable they are! Madelines are soft, moist, and cakey in the center. I used candy melts for all of the other details. You’re going to love this one, I know it!

Peter Rabbit Designed Sponge Cake
I make Designed Sponge Cakes all year, but there is always something so special about a Peter Rabbit cake. It’s the most adorable, wholesome cake ever! While this technique might take some practice, it is so worth it. You’ll be left with a light, airy, delicious sponge cake that’s visually show-stopping.

Easter Decorated Pretzels
This recipe is such a great “no-bake” option. Because this recipe is so easy, it makes for the perfect treat to have your kids help you out with! So cute and delicious while being the easiest of all of these Easter dessert recipes! Also! These make for a great addition to your little ones Easter baskets :)

Lemon Curd Linzer Cookies
These cookies made with a homemade lemon curd are absolutely adorable and delicious! We use fresh lemons to make the homemade curd, and the flavor is just out of this world. For this recipe, I brought the classic dessert that we all know and love, Linzer cookies, and transformed them into an Easter masterpiece!

Carrot Cake Pancakes with Cream Cheese Swirl
Part of the reason why I love Spring so much is that it’s the season of carrot cake and cream cheese frosting. While this is technically considered a breakfast, it’s also more of a dessert breakfast rolled into one delicious pancake. The pancake batter is spiced with cinnamon, nutmeg, and ginger, and has specs of freshly shaved carrots throughout. My favorite part about this recipe is the generous swirl of cream cheese frosting. Just delicious.

Easter Peeps Swiss Roll
I love a good Swiss roll. But what I love even more is a designed Swiss roll. This Easter Peeps Swiss Roll is the dessert that will make your guests do a double-take when they peruse the dessert table this year. You can fill these Swiss rolls with fresh fruits, jams, etc. The result is a light, fluffy, perfectly sweetened cake.
