2 cups heavy whipping cream
5 Tbsp. confectioners sugar
Dash of salt
2 tsp. vanilla extract
Crushed Pillsbury Sugar Cookies (optional)
Directions:

Tips for Piping Clean Lines
Use Gel Food Dye: Gel food dye provides vibrant colors without altering the consistency of your batter.
Freeze Your Design: Freezing the piped design for a few minutes helps set the batter, preventing smudging when adding the next layer.
Steady Hand: Keep a steady hand and pipe slowly to ensure clean, crisp lines.

All I have is 9″ round cake pans. I realize it would make the cakes much thinner… do you recommend maybe doing the recipe and then doing an addition half recipe, so like 1.5 recipe? I don’t want the layers super thin.
These cakes are delicious 😋
I tried the recipe but my cakes are not sturdy, like I can’t move them like you do without breaking them, and I can’t pinpoint what I’m doing wrong, so I’m here asking for help 🥺
I’m so excited to try this!! How much batter do you use for each layer?
Thanks!
Hi Karli! I don’t measure out exactly how much batter goes into each pan but I can advise that I recommend piping a thinner than not layer of batter over your design then just divide the remaining batter evenly for the next two layers :)
