I was wondering if you’ve ever tried to recreate the popular Black and White cookies? I’ve tried a few recipes to achieve that cakey cookie with he decadent chocolate glaze on one half and the vanilla glaze on the other. But my cookie always winds up flat. I’ve tried both recipes that call for yeast in the dough and without to no avail. I was hoping you’d consider giving it a go. Thanks
